The streamer has now ordered a pilot episode. It is produced by Disney TV Studios and BET Studios, while Kenya Barris (“Black-ish “) wrote the screenplay for the new series. La La Anthony’s bestseller “The Love Playbook: Rules for Love, Sex, and Happiness” served as the model.
